Assessing IAQ problems can be an expensive and time-consuming process. Many contributing factors such as thermal comfort, ventilation issues, chemical exposure, and microbial contamination must be taken into consideration when conducting an IAQ investigation. To be cost-effective, our approach is to break the investigation down into sequential segments, much like a "flow-chart" process. In general, this sequence includes:

• Ventilation Assessments
• Moisture Content Measurements
• Air, Swab, and Bulk Sampling for Microbial Agents

At the conclusion of the investigation, potential risk factors are identified. A comprehensive report documents our findings and recommendations. This report includes laboratory analyses, drawings, and any other pertinent information.
